We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel during our family trip. The spacious Deluxe King Room provided a cozy retreat, and the stunning rooftop pool was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset. The nearby beach clubs, just a short walk away, made it easy to enjoy Tulum's sandy shores with my granddaughter. Overall, the friendly service enhanced our experience!
My wife says that it would be great if breakfast started a bit earlier for families traveling with little ones.

Super chill vibes!
Had a nice stay for a couple of nights. The rooftop pool was really cool, and the shared kitchen was handy. Ivo was super helpful whenever we had questions. The only bummer was the noise from other guests, which made it tough to sleep. Breakfast was okay but got repetitive after a while.

The Deluxe King Room was quite spacious and stylish. I loved the decor and the vibe. The private rooftop was a major highlight with stunning jungle views. It felt really relaxing. The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, which was a bit annoying. Overall, a solid stay!

Casa Coyote is a hidden gem! The fresh orange juice at breakfast was a game changer, and discovering nearby culinary delights like La Popular and Encantada Tulum was a mouthwatering adventure. The staff, especially Ivo, made our stay unforgettable with their friendly vibes.
A bit of a hassle having to navigate through the Loco restaurant every time we headed to our room, and there could definitely be more towel hooks in the bathroom. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic!
